SBMS Board Members are elected based on their skills to support the governance of the organisation. They meet regularly throughout the year to make decisions about future directions and monitor the performance of financial management, compliance, quality, and risk.

Pamela has an MBA, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is author of the The Fundraiser’s Handbook, an essential guide for non-profit organisations. Pamela was also recognised as a Victorian Telstra Businesswoman of the Year.
