Macdonald Johnston is a leading global manufacturer of truck mounted refuse equipment. This role reported into the CEO and led a national team of capital equipment service and spare parts professionals responsible for the maintenance of 3000 truck mounted waste units. Across 2011-2013, the Customer Service Division reported an increase in service and parts sales from $22m to $24m, maintained margins with a $50k fall in warranty costs.

Carrier Corporation                                                 National Aftermarket Manager

Carrier is the world’s largest producer of domestic & commercial air conditioning systems. This role reported into the GM Sales and led a national field force and call centre of 165 staff and contractors servicing 220,000 air conditioning units across Australia. From 2007-2010, Service & Parts sales increased from$12m to $14m with margins maintained and a major decrease in warranty costs

Goodyear is the world’s premier provider of tyre & automotive service solutions. Commencing a successful career with Goodyear in 1988, this role was created to improve customer responsiveness and optimise inventory across 8000 SKUs through the creation of a supply chain system across 300 Stores and successfully aligned the retail supply chain and retail business strategies. Inventories fell from $30m to $25m with and improvements in customer DIFOT.
