Ruchi is a certified Agile Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has 15+ years of experience in a number of key operational roles across Project Management, Business Process Improvement, Change Manager, Learning & Development and Compliance.
Ruchi has delivered a number of successful projects across the Insurance and Finance sectors consisting of Digital Transformation, Process Automation, Workflow System Implementation.
