1986 – 2013 Founding Partner & Director, Artemis Publishing Consultants
Artemis was a business that involved managing and co-ordinating the production of diverse print media.
I was ultimately responsible for the management of the business and my responsibilities included:
- financial management;
- project management;
- business development;
- technical input including proofreading and editing;
- managing and recruiting staff; and
- liaising with a variety of subcontractors and suppliers.

Waterman’s Café and Maritime Centre
Waterman’s was a boating merchandise shop and café on the Hobart waterfront. As owner, I sourced merchandise, supervised staff, assisted with food preparation and performed all facets of financial management.
