Barbara Anne has worked as a Critical Care Nurse at clinical, middle management and executive management level. Her last operational position was at Epworth Hospital as Executive Nurse Leader and Operations Director of Care Centre 2. The centre was responsible for Intensive Care, the Cardiovascular Unit, Coronary Care and the Vascular, Diagnostics and Education Units. 

Barbara Anne was co-Director of M&M HealthPower Pty Ltd Home Nursing and Personal Care Services, which was established in 1998 and sold in May 2010 to Health Choices St John of God. She has consulted to the public and private sector on issues of re-engineering and systems analysis, helping clients through change processes to enhance productivity and quality care and outcomes for patients.

Barbara Anne now works in the health care industry as a middle management and executive recruiter and works in various capacities in the health care sector, consulting and coaching organisations and individuals. She is committed to achieving best practice standards for organisations and individuals. A qualified Hypnotherapist, Barbara Anne enjoys working with individuals to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
