Derrick has 30 years’ development experiences in starting up and developing self-managed business enterprises. His primary personal focus is on entrepreneurial development of service type industries servicing international customers in buying, outsourcing or manufacturing in Asia. Derrick’s primary marketing and market focus is on US customers and markets with emphasis on high technological product designers and major distribution stores. His secondary focus is on Asian markets selling to the US and Europe. Derrick has 20 years’ experience using business technologies with a focus on internet tools and borderless marketing. He also has 25 years’ experiences in multicultural management involving Chinese, Indians, Americans, Mexicans, and English.
