• Information on training programmes to inform about any significant new regulations and/or relevant Australian Government business initiatives where they may exist
• advisory meetings and networking opportunities to discuss and/or develop appropriate talent and team resources

We start off by understanding how people manage, and in particular, what you management style is and how you manage. We then take a look at common traits of people and offer insights and methods to ensure you get the best from the people around you and, more importantly, provide tools to ensure you both keep the best ones and keep all of them safe.
