1989 - 2001 Royal Australian Navy - Primary role in logistics supporting patrol boats and the submarine squadron. Finished my career rewriting the logistics policy document for the tri-service environment. In addition also volunteered on numerous committees for welfare, social events and team building.
2004 - Current - Small Business Owner - Supporting the automotive and manufacturing industries performing in-house equipment maintenance.
2018-2020 - ISO Certification Services Manager - Management and customer liaison for ISO and industry certification primarily in the HR industry.
2019 - Current - Business Coach - Primarily supporting female startups and established business owners in a variety of industries including tourism, health and wellness, sustainability, coaching and professional services. This includes creation of business foundations, marketing, finance, systems and automation.
