Peter is experienced across a range of businesses in human resources and general business management. He has held a number of senior management positions that give him an insight to most aspects of running a business.

 

  • 1965-1982. Senior human resources roles with a major international car manufacturer.
  • 1982-1992. Senior management, rising to Group Director, Human Resources, with a large international brewer.
  • 1992-1997. Director, Personnel, for a large Australian retailer.
  • 1997-1998. HR Advisor to the CEO of a wholesale distribution and marketing company.
  • 1997-1999. HR Advisor to the CEO of a baking and milling company.
  • 2000-2006. Director, Australian Council for Equal Opportunity and Employment.
  • 2004-2007. As Diversity Taskforce Chairman for a major international gaming and resort business, directed the implementation of a Women in Management Development Program.
  • 2007-2014. HR Advisor to various companies including a large beverage company and the CEO and General Counsel of a major international gaming and resort business.
  • 2015-2017. Leadership Victoria Mentor.
