QVM Grow Your Business is a new program specifically designed to provide REAL hands-on skill development sessions plus on-going support through one-one-one mentoring sessions expressly for business owners operating a business at Queen Victoria Market.
This session Boost Your Profits is a 2 hour workshops (held between 3.30-5.30pm at the Traders Lounge) and will provide attendees with;
- tools/templates/workbooks essential to business success
- practical ideas on creating a solid financial/profit plan for your business
- info on the importance of budgeting, cash-flow, break-even analysis in your planning process
- ability to network with others in QVM
All QVM - Grow your Business sessions are followed up with private mentoring to assist with implementation of new ideas/concepts.
This Grow Your Business Program is delivered by the Small Business Mentoring Service as part of the Trader Connect Program and is therefore FREE for QVM Traders.
