Bob’s consulting experience is with small business, corporate and government, focusing on planning, people, improvement, business systems, and organisational change.

He has owned and worked in small businesses including Axion Innovations - a business improvement and process management company, MACE Consulting Group - a reliability and maintenance engineering consulting practice, and Well Aligned - a yoga and Pilates studio.  He was the Victorian Master Franchisee for Icon Business Solutions assisting selling franchises and coaching the franchisees to help small business owners plan and improve their businesses.

His earlier career included engineering and management roles with Alcatel Australia and the Department of Defence, and he has taught business improvement and change management modules at RMIT University.

Bob holds a Master of Sustainability and Social Change from oases Graduate School (where he also served on the Board), a Master of Applied Science in Innovation and Service Management from RMIT, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from DDIAE, and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
