Current Occupation:
As of January 2026, I stepped away from the corporate world to partially retire and focus on travel and family. However, after more than 30 years in senior leadership and executive roles, I continue to operate my own business, Excellenceology Pty Ltd, where I act as a strategic business consultant and mentor to small and medium enterprises. My most recent assignment was approximately two years as CEO of Summit Power, a private equity owned SME operating in the utilities sector. In parallel, I have developed a public training and mentoring program called Next Chapter by Design, working with midlife professionals to bring clarity to long-term, medium, and short-term goals across both their personal and professional lives.
