Chris Stillwell’s career began in the family automotive business, where he started as an apprentice motor mechanic. This early experience provided him with a deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of automotive services, which would later serve as the foundation for his leadership in the industry. His technical knowledge, combined with his passion for business, quickly propelled him into management roles within the family company. 

As Group CEO of a Melbourne-based family automotive business, Chris oversaw a $600M turnover and managed over 600 employees. His ability to drive growth while maintaining operational efficiency made him a standout leader in the industry. He played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, ensuring it remained competitive in Melbourne’s prestige automotive market. His success in this role led to further executive opportunities, including serving as Non-Executive Director for an ASX-listed automotive group. 

Chris’s international experience includes his tenure as COO of a diversified business portfolio in the USA, where he managed operations across multiple sectors, showcasing his versatility and strategic leadership. His ability to navigate the complexities of different business environments and markets has made him a sought-after mentor for small business owners looking to scale their operations. 

Currently, Chris chairs the Stillwell Family Board and serves as Non-Executive Chairman for several businesses, including Logicar Australia and Tickford Racing. His leadership extends beyond business, as he is actively involved in community initiatives through Rotary
