The ACFE Board and SBMS (in conjunction with The Small Business Institute - TSBI) have joined to develop the Governance and Business capabilities of Learn Local Centres across Victoria.
A Teach/Create/Implement support process will be used.
Governance capabilities is an evening seminar designed especially for Committee/Board Members of Learn Local Organisations.
The workshop will contain information about Committee of Management Governance, Committee - Roles & Responsibilities - developing action plans
Each workshop will be followed by a private mentoring session to assist the Committee of Management develop sound and appropriate governance for their individual Learn Local Organisation.
