The ACFE Board and SBMS (in conjunction with The Small Business Institute - TSBI) have joined to develop the Governance and Business capabilities of Learn Local Centres across Victoria.
A Teach/Create/Implement support process will be used.
Governance capabilities are being focused on first.
The Governance and Committees of Management capability building project is a series of 3 workshops in total delivered approximately 1 month apart for up to 10 individual Learn Local Organisations (with a maximum of 2 participants per organisation).
The series of 3 workshops will be delivered in several locations.
Each workshop will be followed by a private mentoring session to assist the Committee of Management develop sound and appropriate governance for their individual Learn Local Organisation.
The Governance and Committees of Management workshops in Shepparton will be delivered on the following dates:
Workshop 1 - Committee of Management Governance - Wednesday 19th September, 2018
Workshop 2 - Managing a Committee - Roles & Responsibilities - Wednesday 17th October, 2018
Workshop 3 - Program Management - developing action plans - Wednesday 14th November, 2018
