Events & Workshops

Enhance your existing skill set by taking advantage of this practical support initiative involving a series of 4 individual workshops. The workshops will run in sequence approximately 1 month apart. Each workshop will be followed by a one-on-one private mentoring session (4 in total), aimed at assisting you to implement what you have learnt.

Topics covered include;

Workshop 1: Preparing for your future
To support you in developing a clear, realistic plan to achieve your desired future.

Workshop 2: Making money from your business
To support you in determining how much money your business requires. Includes how to price your services and be profitable.

Workshop 3: Marketing to attract the right customers
To support you with learning how to effectively communicate your services to appropriate clients.

Workshop 4: Management for success (rather than to avoid failure)
To help you determine how to create and manage your business for success.

Workshops will run from 10.00am until Noon on March 8th, April 12th, May 3rd and June 7th 2018

Participants will receive all workbooks, tools & templates plus a private mentoring session after each workshop to assist with implementation/answer questions.
