Prior to joining IBM, Srini graduated in Electrical Engineering and worked in this field specialising in Control Systems. Viewed by clients as a trusted advisor, he has the ability to research and analyse complex business problems and provide insightful advice and innovative solutions. As an excellent people manager and coach, he enables his clients to maximise their potential.
