Workshop – Learn Local – Understanding the needs of your LLO and your Community
- The needs of your business – determination of the needs of your Organisation is crucial to longevity of service provision. This part of the workshop will provide tools and tuition to truly establish organisational needs.
- The needs of the customer – the Community you serve is critical to traffic flow – many LLO’s could be more understanding of and relevant to their community’s needs. In this part of the workshop, we will provide tools and tuition to better determine the real needs of your community so you can maintain ongoing relevance to those needs.
- Building a bridge between the two – knowing your needs and your community’s needs is great BUT building a bridge between the two is paramount if ongoing service is desired. This part of the program will help build a strong bridge between you and your customer as well as provide tools/tuition to ensure ongoing relevance.
- Creating a meaningful strategic plan structure – good plans have a simple to use and follow structure. In this part of the workshop, we will provide a structure/template for creating your strategic plan.
- Writing a strategic plan – language and style of successful strategic plan are both directional and open to allow for change over time. In this part of the workshop, we will provide examples of style/language used to create a meaningful strategic plan.
- Implementing your strategic plan – implementation of strategy takes time and therefore needs to be broken down into meaningful chunks. In this part of the workshop, we will provide a delivery platform tool/template to ensure your strategic objectives are met.
NOTE - Registrations are limited to 24 participants per Workshop / Webinar maximum of 12 Learn Local Organisations each with a maximum of up to 2 representatives per LLO - first preference will be given to those who have already responded to the EOI called for in April 2022
