An overview of the current COVID-19 impacts on running a business will be provided by Anthony Turner who will then discuss how to prepare that business for recovery once re-opening becomes possible.
We then discuss and provide tools and templates on using the 5 steps of knowing where you are, deciding your new normal, planning finances, attracting core clients and offering quick management tools to ensure the business stays on track to achieve desired outcomes.
