In August 2017, the Department of Education and Training (DET) contacted school cleaning contractors to advise that DET will introduce a metropolitan area-based cleaning model and implement a range of measures to improve school cleaning in regional Victoria.
Feedback from school cleaning contractors has helped design a program of practical support to assist with transition to the new model.
This 2-hour session will provide you with clear information about the program and introduce you to the range of available transitional support services including:
- private one on one business mentoring to help you plan your future business
- business development workshops to improve business acumen
- career development and training package for those seeking employment
- personal well-being support
