The Small Business Mentoring Service (SBMS) offers a range of programs for businesses that want to improve and grow. The programs are designed to cater for both businesses starting up and those already established.
Mentoring is a process that requires the Mentor and the business owner to delve into the core of the business and to work together to develop a Plan of Action that will guide the business forward. This process can take a while which is the reason we recommend a minimum of 4 sessions. Sessions usually run for around 2 hours.
Whilst we offer 1, 2, and 3 sessions in our Business Acceleration Programs (BAP) our experience is that 4 sessions are required for the mentoring to be effective. The program rates are set out in what does it cost?
