Businesses affected by the Victorian bushfires can seek the assistance of an SBMS experienced business Mentor courtesy of the State Government of Victoria and Small Business Victoria.

If your business has been affected, download the form below and email or return it to info@sbms.org.au or fax it to 9879 4486. On receiving your application a mentor will contact you directly to see how we may help.
