Other comments that may help your decision in selecting me
Brenda Rossmann has spent the past 30 years as a founder/owner/operator in service industry businesses to the personnel/recruitment/consulting profession.

She established her first business in 1968 (Dependable Consulting Group) gaining market share in a few short years. The business enjoyed solid growth each year with Brenda working in a ‘hands-on’ capacity to ensure the continued growth and viability of the business. Her major role (apart from day-to-day activities) was to profile the business to become a well-known ethical organisation.

In order to further enhance the business, Brenda identified the need for training and a 24-hour overload service for word processing to the corporate sector. This specialist division was established and gave the business a high profile as it proved to be a ‘first’ for the industry.

The business went from strength to strength and earned itself as well as Brenda several business awards before being sold after 19 years of successful trading.

Much of her spare time was spent in the small business sector, and in 1988 Brenda was honoured with the Order of Australia for her ‘contribution to business and the community, but in particular to small business.’

Brenda continued along her business career path and in 1992 established her final business Medipower: a recruitment/consultancy business to the health care industry. The business was sold after being approached by an international health care company in 1996.

Her experience in establishing businesses from a small capital base and developing these organisations into multi-million-dollar turnover businesses has given Brenda solid general management skills with particular strengths in marketing, financial control and the ability to lead and motivate teams to assist in the growth of a business.

Brenda’s natural enthusiasm and positive attitude ensure that she quickly gains the confidence of those seeking advice for positive outcomes.
