Evaluating the Business Idea

This program gives you 2 mentoring sessions for a Start Up Business:

During the sessions the mentor will focus on the service or product your business offers. Your mentor will evaluate with you, your target market and how the uniques selling proposition of your service or product stands in the marketplace compared to competitors.

Discussion could also extend to the size of the opportunity, sourcing,distribution channels,communication, competitive threats, cash flow planning and other topics as time allows.

Each session is around 90 minutes in length
