Business Health Check
This 2 session program undertakes a quick diagnostic check on the business. Typically it will cover brand positioning, unique selling proposition (USP), target market, promotion, sales and distribution, financial management and any other specific topics. While the focus is on marketing and financial issues, there would be an opportunity to touch on related business planning issues.
Each session is around 90 minutes in length
Usually a follow-on program would be taken based on the issues identified during the sessions.
