The information that you provide to the Small Business Mentoring Service (SBMS) and the Department of Innovation, Industry & Regional Development, will be treated as Commercial-in-Confidence. That is, the information that you provide to us will only be used: to arrange and deliver small business mentoring; to improve the quality of small business mentoring; and to determine your satisfaction with the service.
Other than for the above purposes, no information identifying you or your business will be provided to any third party unless required by law. No data identifying a client or their business or details about their business has been, or will be, sold to third parties whatsoever. Before joining the SBMS all mentors must sign a Code of Ethics which contains a strict confidentiality clause.
