Your Budget is a critical element in running your business. In order to plan for the peaks and troughs as well as to give guidance on purchasing, staffing and cashflow, your Budget should act as a reference point in all planning decisions. 

This spreadsheet allows you to not only create a Budget, but to learn how to do it and what each element means. In addition the spreadsheet explains how to use Excel and gives pop up hints and explanations about the cells you are working on.
