How do you define a successful Mentoring program?

In some cases it's when the client acts on the Mentor's advice and this results in an improvement in the business.

At other times it could be measured by the personal friendship that has formed and the support and empathy demonstrated by the Mentor and the sharing of knowledge in a confidential and professional manner.

Or it could also be measured by the wisdom and experience of some one who has already trodden down the same path that gives you the reassurance and confidence that your business dream could actually have a realistic future.

How you measure success is strongly dependent on what you are seeking from the sessions. We do know that when we undertake our annual client surveys, we consistently receive an 89% or higher rating in client satisfaction.
